During the Clearing time, it is not unusual for students to have a lot of questions, and if you don’t know what you’re doing, the procedure may frequently feel daunting. 

That is why SMART BEEE is here to assist you! Check out the list of commonly asked questions below, and if you can’t find what you’re searching for, please contact us. We at SMART BEEE are always delighted to help. 

Q. I DIDN’T GET THE DESIRED RESULTS; WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT LINE OF ACTION?

First and foremost, don’t worry. UCAS Track allows you to keep track of your applications and learn if you’ve been given a place on your desired programme. If you are accepted, now is the time to rejoice! Instructions for joining will be provided. You will get an email with a link to begin the enrollment process. 

However, if you are not awarded a spot, you may still have some possibilities. To discuss your choices, call +44 (0) 20 8066 1679 to talk with our university clearing consultant. Our staff is always delighted to provide advice and help, and we may even be able to give you a verbal offer at this time.  

After your phone call, go to UCAS Track and introduce yourself to SMART BEEE by adding us as an option. The dropdown menu for doing so will be accessible on the site beginning at 3 p.m. on results day. Continue to monitor UCAS Track for the status of our offer; please keep in mind that it may take some time for this to change to ‘confirmed.’ You will then get joining instructions via email and may begin your SMART BEEE adventure!  

Don’t forget to notify student finance as soon as possible that your university has changed. 

Q. I APPLIED THROUGH UCAS CLEARING BUT HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. WHICH ACTION SHOULD I TAKE?

Go to UCAS Track and make sure you’ve entered the course and institution information to your clearing application. Because some revisions take place overnight, please wait 24 hours for your application to be completed. 

Q. I’VE BEEN OFFERED A SPOT DURING CLEARING. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION?

On the day we make an offer, we will send you a confirmation email. Please double-check not to mention your spam folder! If you haven’t heard from us by the next morning, please contact us via phone at +44 (0) 20 8066 1679 or by email at https://smartbeee.co.uk/ 

 

Q. I HAVE GOTTEN MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

You have 24 hours to accept or decline your offer through UCAS Track. You must confirm this before the offer expires by logging into your UCAS account. 

Q. WHEN WILL I LEARN ABOUT ENGAGEMENT?

Once you have accepted your place at SMART BEEE, you will get enrolling information at the email address you used to apply via UCAS a few weeks before the new semester begins. 

Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM A FIRST-TIME APPLICANT?

If you are a new Clearing application, please contact us at +44 (0) 20 8066 1679 or email https://smartbeee.co.uk/ to discuss your alternatives.If we offer you a seat, please refer to SMART BEEE through UCAS Track by selecting us as your preference. The menu will be open for you to do so. Keep an eye on the status of your offer; it may take some time for it to change to ‘confirmed,’ but we will work as quickly as we can.

You should start researching even before the results day. Please register with us here: SMART BEEE allows you to create, store, and compare courses all in one spot. 

Step 2: Get in touch with SMART BEEE for additional information: 

Once you have received your findings, please contact us at +44 (0) 20 8066 1679 or by email at https://smartbeee.co.uk/. Before you call, make sure you have your UCAS ID, Clearing number, personal statement, results, and any queries ready. 

Finally, notify student finance that your chosen location of study has changed. 

Q. CAN I MODIFY MY COURSE?

 Yes. Please contact us at +44 (0) 20 8066 1679 or by email at https://smartbeee.co.uk/ if you have any questions. Our Admissions staff will handle your request as quickly as feasible. 

Q. MAY I DEFER? 

You may delay your spot until 2023 if you already have an offer for October 2022. If you haven’t applied for 2022 yet but want to start at SMART BEEE in October, you may do so now via UCAS. 

Q. CAN I WITHDRAW? 

Yes. Call our Clearing Hotline at and your request will be handled as quickly as possible by our Admissions staff. 

Q. IS THERE A CLEARING APPLICANT OPEN DAY?

Yes, we will be doing open days in July, August, and September. Our website will provide confirmed dates. We recognise that selecting the correct institution is critical, and that the Clearing period may be tiresome and stressful. At SMART BEEE, we are there for our students (and potential students) every step of the way.

Applying for Fast Track Clearance 

  

If you are interested in studying a creative degree programme but have not yet been offered a place, or if you have changed your mind about where and what you want to study, please contact our staff to explore your future at SMART BEEE. Q. I DIDN’T GET THE DESIRED RESULTS; WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

Please give us 48 hours to complete your registration and get back to you. If you haven’t heard from us within three days, please contact +44 (0) 20 8066 1679 or email us smartbeee@smartbeee.co.uk Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Q. I’VE COMPLETED THE FAST TRACK TO FORM CLEARANCE. SHOULD I APPLY TO MY COURSE VIA UCAS?

You should wait until we contact you to explore your alternatives before applying via UCAS. If you haven’t heard from us and are concerned that it’s too late,To apply, please call +44 (0) 20 8066 1679 or send an email to https://smartbeee.co.uk/. 

Q. I APPLIED FOR THE FAST TRACK TO CLEARING AND HAD A OFFER WITH CONDITIONS WHEN CAN I EXPECT CONFIRMATION OF THIS?

Q. WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT THE COURSE I WANT TO STUDY IS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FAST TRACK TO CLEARING REGISTRATION FORM?

Not all of our courses are offered via the fast-track to clearing registration procedure; please visit our website for the most recent courses available for clearing applications. 

Q. I’M CONCERNED ABOUT FAILING TO MEET THE CONDITIONS OF MY FAST TRACK OFFER. WHICH ACTION SHOULD I TAKE?

We may have offered you an aspirational offer based on the quality of your application and our usual admission standards. If you recommended yourself after getting a provisional offer and do not satisfy the requirements of your offer or fail a grade, your application will be re-evaluated on results day. 

We will review your application with the programme staff under the same criteria as Clearing to evaluate whether you are still eligible for the course. If this is not possible, we will always try to find a suitable alternative. As a result, if you do not satisfy the conditions of your offer, you do not need to reapply via Clearing. 

   

UCAS ADJUSTMENT UPDATES 

From 2022 forward, adjustment is no longer accessible. However, if your results are higher than predicted and you wish to move institutions, you may release yourself into Clearing starting on 5 July 2022 if you are holding a firm unconditional seat by clicking the ‘reject your place’ option in your application.

Finance and financing 

Finding the proper institution and studying there will be a significant investment for students like you, and at SMART BEEE, we can assist you with any money and funding issues you may have. Below are some of the most often asked questions about funding and assistance. 

 Q. Can I still get a student loan?

Yes, therefore contact your local student funding organisation. Make sure you have all of your documents and identity on hand as this will assist to expedite the procedure. 

SMART BEEE is a well-known educational consultant; please keep in mind that your course preferences can be found on various university websites.

 Q. I’ve already applied for Student Finance; is there anything more I need to do?

We will notify the appropriate student funding organisation that you have confirmed your enrollment. However, you must notify them if your courses have changed, your costs have altered, or you have moved schools. To do so, log in to your student finance account. 

Q. Do I have to make a deposit?

For students from the United Kingdom and the European Union: 

You do not need to pay a deposit if you are a UK or EU student with a student loan. If you want to finance yourself, you must submit a deposit at the time of enrollment. 

 

Students from other countries. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept overseas students at SMART BEEE. It is also worth mentioning that overseas students are not eligible for British Government loans or grants, and finance for your degree must be negotiated prior to arriving at the school. 

  

CLEARING IS NOW AVAILABLE 

Clearing opens up options to choose your ideal course. If you haven’t yet secured a spot and wish to study fashion, graphic design, or business and launch your career this year, SMART BEEE can assist. 

The Clearing period may be stressful, but we’re here to make it as easy as possible. Finding the proper institution and creative degree to study should be an exciting time in your life and one of the most essential choices you will make. That is why, at SMART BEEE, we are here to assist you every step of the way, so you may begin your long-term career in the fashion or creative sectors. 

It’s a common misconception that clearance happens just in the week after results day. Clearing begins in July and continues until September. 

On the 5th of July, a list of Clearing and Adjustment openings will be available on the 

 WEBSITE OF SMART BEEE This allows you plenty of time to plan and prepare. 

To assist you in finding the ideal creative degree to study this year, we have compiled a list of tools and information that you may use to prepare and keep organised throughout the Clearing period. It all begins here. 

  

You should think about taking the Clearing path if you: 

You have just recently chosen to attend university. 

 I have not received or accepted any proposals 

  • failed to satisfy the terms of your offering

You have got your findings and are considering new choices 

  • altered your mind, maybe after taking a gap year
  • You may choose to pursue a different course than the one you applied for.

The next step is to apply via Clearing. 

You may find out which of our courses are in Clearing by visiting our website as well as the UCAS website. If you are in Clearing, your ‘UCAS Track’ status will reflect this. 

Once you’ve determined the course you want to take, you should contact us to discuss your choices and obtain a preliminary quote. When you call, remember to have your UCAS Personal ID number and test results handy.
